About Crowdfunding

What is crowdfunding?  Crowdfunding is the practice of soliciting financial support from a large number of people especially from the online community and through social media channels. Crowdfunding offers our donors a new platform to provide support directly to programs and specific projects at Saint Peter’s that are most meaningful to them and which support the University’s overall mission by improving our community – on campus and beyond. Crowdfunding also assists our faculty and students in achieving their philanthropic goals.

Saint Peter's University FAQ

Who is eligible to use Saint Peter's crowdfunding platform?

Impact Saint Peter's is open to all faculty, students, staff and alumni at Saint Peter's University who are raising money for approved projects and initiatives at the University.

How do I submit a project application?

Applications will be accepted in February and August of every year. To request an application, please contact Ana Cravo, director of annual giving, at (201) 761-6104 or acravo@saintpeters.edu.

How are projects approved after an application has been submitted?

A committee within the Office of Advancement and External Affairs will review applications and make recommendations to and seek approvals from the Cabinet.

Successful projects are the ones supported by an enthusiastic team of 10+ people.
