2016 Senior Class Gift
Our Legacy: Flying Forward, Giving Back
Throughout our history, the Class of 2016 at Saint Peter's University has had the opportunity to engage as students and active members of the Peacock community. Traditionally, the Senior Class Gift program provides funding for scholarships through the generosity of family, friends and peers ensuring that current and future students can enjoy the quality education that Saint Peter's University provides.
To honor the Ignatian heritage and Jesuit mission of "men and women for and with others,” the Class of 2016 hopes to raise $2,500 toward the general scholarship fund so as to benefit future students at Saint Peter's.
We invite you to be part of this important project to preserve and continue to foster Saint Peter’s Ignatian heritage and Jesuit mission. With your gift, we will be able to continue this important piece of our University identity as well as give the gift of education to a future Peacock! Many students view their goals for academic achievement or success as a way to express their gratitude to their family, friends and past alumni for their generosity. It means people care about their education and future. As seniors, we knew that if we worked hard we would find our future calling in the world. However, we would not have accomplished our goals without the generous gifts to the University by many alumni and benefactors. That support provided us with the necessary resources to learn and grow into the men and women we are today: generous, caring and striving for success while still giving back to our community.
We thank our Saint Peter's family for having so much faith in our University and the future of its students. We are especially grateful to Ms. Anne Butler '69 who has offered to match the first $800 received toward the $2,500 goal for this very special fundraising initiative.
